Replacement of long or concealed pipe networks is not part of this service.
Purchase of New Materials
Cost of new pipes, fittings, valves, or fixtures is not included in the base price.
Wall or Floor Breaking
Any cutting, tiling removal, or concrete breaking is excluded.
Borehole or Pump Repairs
Repairs on borehole systems, water pumps, or water tanks are not covered.
Emergency Night Repairs
Services requested between 10 PM – 6 AM attract a separate emergency charge.
